Talking with some friends and thought it might be useful if your average moderators in a room could view character/handle apps, yet not be able to accept or deny. Just a viewing status flag or something (though I'd rather just see it as an automatic flag on the moderator handle). Might help with people who come in and ask questions about the status of their app as the admin(s) who do handle registration aren't always available to reach... sometimes for days at a time, and then some.
